Delivery & Return Policy
We deliver to all areas across Kuwait & the GCC!
The moment you complete your purchase, your delivery will be processed. We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided, which includes the goods you have ordered and their cost.
Domestic Delivery (Kuwait)
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 working days.
- Delivery within Kuwait usually takes 1–3 working days.
- Delivery is FREE on all orders over KWD 30; a flat rate of KWD 2 applies to each order below that amount.
- If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will receive a full refund, including the delivery fee.
GCC & Worldwide Delivery
- International delivery usually takes 3–7 business days from the shipment date, depending on your location.
- Delivery time excludes possible delays caused by customs clearance or processing.
- We ship exclusively with Aramex, and tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
- In case of any unforeseen transportation surcharges, our team will contact you before dispatching your order.
- Customs duties, VAT, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
Exchanges
- To request an exchange, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Online purchases can be exchanged in any of our stores for size or color only.
- Items must be in their original condition. Gift items should also be returned as received.
- First exchange is free of charge. Additional exchanges will incur a 2 KWD delivery fee (or international courier fees).
- Exchanges are available for reasons such as size or color differences. For other cases, please contact our customer service.
- Once approved, exchanges are usually collected within 48 to 72 hours.
- Non-exchangeable items, including (Underwear, Perfumes, Embroidered or printed items).
Returns
- Online purchases cannot be returned in stores.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Returns for online orders are processed online only after a 'Return Request' is submitted through our website or after contacting customer care.
- To request a return, please raise a 'Return Request' from your orders page or contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including (Underwear, Perfumes, Embroidered or printed items).
- If we delivered a wrong or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Once approved, returns are usually collected within 72 hours.
Refunds
- Refunds for website orders are processed online only to the original payment method used at checkout (including Cash on Delivery and online payments).
- No in-store refunds or price adjustments for online purchases.
- Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Cash on Delivery or KNET for local, card/bank transfer for international).
- Refunds may take 3–15 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
- For fully refunded orders, the original delivery fee (2 KWD local or Aramex international) is non-refundable unless the order was not delivered or an error occurred on our end.
